please please get someone competant in that CC again.

Friday - took the better part of the day to respond .... Had nothing to do with the fact that I was out in the warehouse helping them pack the 1000+ orders we received. I responded rather timely. IMO

I never received your email response friday - honest - I searched my email box when you emailed me today and only found the one initial one from you. If I did I would have been able to help out. I think my reputation for answering questions/concerns is pretty good - especially since its 7pm and I am answering this from home.

I never said your order had shipped today - I said it had already been sent to the warehouse for fullfilment - I am assuming since you say that it was cancelled after that - that someone in the warehouse found the problem or something and cancelled it from then.

I am sorry you are not happy with the situation - but I think the general consensus is that the club is running very smooth now - if there are other issues that arise please let me know - so we can make it better. You have my email - you can email me there, PM me on the white board - or PM me here now.

Thanks for posting that. I have placed orders before and had stuff shipped to a different shipping adress than the billing with no problems. Your post prompted me to check my order status and sure enough it has been cancelled. WTF!?!
